Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Labor and Delivery. This 13-week travel assignment is an excellent opportunity for nurses who want to make a positive impact while exploring new locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Administer medications, monitor patients' responses, and report outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and efficient workflow management.
Requirements:
- A valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing.
- BLS certification and Inpatient Obstetric Nursing Certification (RNC-OB) preferred.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Labor and Delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
