Position Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in [CITY & STATE]. This is a night shift position that requires the individual to provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
- Collect patient's health information and document nursing history and physical assessment.
- Administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice.
- Maintain patient's medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate appropriately to supervising RN regarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status.
Requirements:
- One to three years' experience as an LPN preferred.
- A valid LPN/LVN license in the state where they will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
