Job Description
As a Travel Long Term Care Registered Nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of long-term care settings while traveling to different facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide nursing care for patients, assess their needs, administer medication, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
This role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patients' responses to interventions, and report outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with colleagues and patients, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- One to three years' experience as an RN preferred.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential.
