Job Title: Registered Nurse - Long Term Care/LTC Traveler
Fusion Medical Staffing is a healthcare staffing agency that improves the lives of everyone we touch.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in CITY & STATE.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Long Term Care/LTC and possess strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Completes nursing assessments and documents patient records
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members
- Administers medications as ordered and monitors patients' responses
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- One to three years' experience as an RN preferred
- Valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing and BLS certification
- Long-term care nursing experience is required
