We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our team at Fusion Medical Staffing. As a Charge Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while gaining valuable experience in the medical field.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience as a Charge Nurse and hold current certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities of the Charge Nurse position include:
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other healthcare team members
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transporting patients as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
