Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited program
- Current RN license in the state where you will be practicing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Long-term care nursing experience required
