Job Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing facility, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have one to three years of experience as an LPN, possess strong critical thinking skills, and be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. You should also be able to perform physical tasks such as moving equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, and bending.
