Job Description
As a Travel LPN with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will provide essential bedside care to patients while assisting with daily living activities and administering medications. With a focus on improving lives, this travel assignment offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to patients, including assistance with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice
- Maintain patient's medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with supervising RN regarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status
Required Skills and Qualifications
