We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for an 8-week assignment at a client location in Keyser, WV. Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Collect patient health information and document nursing history and physical assessment
- Administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice
- Maintain patient medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with supervising RN regarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status
Requirements:
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state where you will be practicing
- BLS certification
- Varied nursing experience depending on setting is required
