We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in CITY & STATE. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and staff.
Job Summary:
This is a nights shift position that requires a state license. You will be responsible for providing bedside care to patients, assisting with personal hygiene and activities of daily living, collecting patient health information, and documenting nursing history and physical assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Provides bedside care to patients and assists with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Collects patient's health information and documents nursing history and physical assessment
- Administers medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice
- Maintains patient's medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Communicates appropriately to supervising RN regarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status
- Follows hospital safety rules and procedures
Requirements:
- One to three years' experience as an LPN preferred
- State license required
- BLS certification required
