We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Perform various clinical tasks such as monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing wound care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
- Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification (RN-BC) is preferred
- At least one to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
