Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Communicating effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administering medications as ordered and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes.
- Participating in patient education and discharge planning.
- Assisting with transportation and maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- A valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- BLS certification.
- Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification (RN-BC) preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing or related field.
