Description:
Registered Nurses play a vital role in the healthcare system, and we're seeking talented professionals to join our team as Medical/Surgical/Telemetry RNs.

We're currently recruiting for a 13-week travel assignment in Kilmarnock, VA. As a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry RN, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting. You'll also need to be able to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
• Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending

Essential Skills:

• Interpersonal Skills - to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary)
• Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
• Mental Requirements - Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
• Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate

Salary : $1,626 - $1,959
