Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry
Job Summary:
A compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse is needed for a 13-week travel assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in Greenfield, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical/surgical and telemetry nursing, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
* Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members to ensure seamless patient care
* Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members to achieve optimal outcomes
* Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes accurately
* Administers medications as ordered and maintains accurate documentation
* Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies to promote a safe environment
* Transports patients as needed to facilitate timely care
Requirements:
* One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
* Med-surg and telemetry nursing experience necessary
* Valid RN license in the state where practicing
* BLS certification required; PCCN certification preferred
