Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a 13-week assignment at a client facility in Morristown, VT. As a Physical Therapist with Fusion Medical, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and gain valuable experience in your field.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Transport patients as needed
Requirements
- One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- Valid PT license in the state where you will be practicing
- BLS certification
