The Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for providing patient care by performing nuclear medicine imaging and collaborating with healthcare team members. Key Responsibilities:Nuclear Medicine Imaging: Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
Patient Care: Provide patient-centered care by monitoring patients' responses to interventions, administering medications, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Maintaining Supplies: Maintain adequate stock of supplies and maintain cleanliness of rooms to ensure efficient workflow.Requirements:
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) license required
- Valid ARRT certification and BLS certification also required
- One to three years of experience as a technologist preferred
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills essential
- Physical abilities include remaining in a stationary position, moving about, moving equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
