Job Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans
- Implementing interventions to promote independence and functional ability
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Providing education and training to patients and families
You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have a valid OT license, BLS certification, and one to three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
