Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses.
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a step-down or intermediate care setting
