About the Job:
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Step Down Unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Administer medications as ordered and document appropriately
* Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures
* Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
* 1-3 years experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
* Other certifications may be required for this position
* Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
* Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
