Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your duties will include:
- Communicating and coordinating patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Providing and coordinating patient care, including administering medications as ordered and documenting patient responses.
- Monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures, and reporting outcomes.
- Sharing on-call responsibilities and responding to patient needs promptly.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification is preferred.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in step-down or intermediate care nursing.
