Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Kearney, NE. As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while gaining valuable experience and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer medications, monitor patients' responses, and report outcomes as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Transport patients and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in step-down or intermediate care settings.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and PCCN certification (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
