Home Health Physical Therapist Job Opportunity: This role involves working with a client in Valley City, ND, for 13 weeks. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist and possess strong physical therapy experience, a valid PT license, and BLS certification.
Responsibilities and Requirements: You will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members, providing and coordinating patient care, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions. Additionally, you will need to maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
