About the Job
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Your duties will include:
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- A valid PTA license and BLS certification
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
