We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physical therapist to fill a 13-week travel assignment in Klamath Falls, OR. As a physical therapist traveler, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and gain valuable experience in a different location.
Responsibilities:
* Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patients' physical therapy needs
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
* Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
* One to three years of experience as a physical therapist
* Valid PT license in the state where you will be practicing
* BLS certification
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
