Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description
This is a travel speech language pathologist role where you will work with patients in a nursing facility. You will collaborate with healthcare teams, monitor patient responses, administer treatments, and maintain communication with medical professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
