Job Summary
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in rehabilitation settings and be able to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transports patients as needed
Requirements
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
- One to three years experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
