Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license in the state where practicing
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
