Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and a valid SLP license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification and BSN or MSN degree.
- One to three years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
