A 13 week Home Health Speech Language Pathologist travel assignment opportunity is available in Pittsfield, MA. This position requires a dedicated professional to provide high-quality patient care and make a positive impact on the lives of those served.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or equivalent certification.
- Valid SLP license in the state where they will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
Salary : $2,071 - $2,496
