We are seeking a highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Crestview, FL. This is a 13-week assignment that offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide patient care.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
- Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Transport patients as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license in the state where you will be practicing
- BLS certification
- One to three years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
