The Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides skilled services to patients in a nursing facility, collaborating with health team members to ensure the best care outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
- Transports patients as needed.
- Speech-language pathology experience is essential.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Valid SLP license in the state where they will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
