Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives by restoring function and educating them on therapy techniques.
Responsibilities
- Administer medically prescribed speech language pathology to restore function and prevent disability following injury or loss of a body part.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records pertinent to patient treatment.
- Educate patients, other health professionals, and family regarding speech therapy on an on-going basis.
- Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment, document and report findings accordingly.
Requirements
- One to three years' experience as an SLP preferred.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Valid SLP license in the state where they will be practicing.
- BLS certification.
