Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RN who is experienced in providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other healthcare team members
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transporting patients as needed
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- A valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing
- BLS certification
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a telemetry setting
