Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care as a member of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians and other health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. This will involve monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and after procedures, maintaining cleanliness of rooms, and adequate stock of supplies. Additionally, the individual must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision when necessary.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should have one to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a Neurology setting. Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential. The ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills are also required. Physical abilities include remaining in a stationary position, moving about, moving equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending, and communicating with the healthcare team.
