Responsibilities:
- Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents outcomes in their records
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals
- Administers medications as ordered and maintains accurate documentation
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
- Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- One to three years of experience as an RN is preferred
- Valid RN license in the state where assigned and BLS certification are required
