**Job Overview:**
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment. This position will involve providing medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, requiring frequent driving between locations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and document patient records
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation
**Requirements:**
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least six months of recent Home Health experience
- Current RN License and BLS Certification
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license and auto insurance
