We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment in Winnemucca, NV. As a perinatal nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and expert care to expectant mothers and their newborns.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the labor and delivery department
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- One to three years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse preferred
- Current RN license in the state where assigned
- BLS certification required; ACLS and NRP certifications preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
