Responsibilities

- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members ">
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members ">
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes ">
- Administer medications as ordered with accurate documentation ">
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies ">
- Transport patients as needed ">
Requirements

- One to three years experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred ">
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills ">
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state where they will be practicing and BLS certification ">
