Fusion Optix, a rapidly growing LED lighting technology company based in Woburn, MA, is a leading manufacturer of architectural-grade LED lighting products. We are seeking an experienced and talented Warehouse Associate to join our LED Assembly production team .
In this role, you will support warehouse operations with a focus on inventory control, shipping / receiving, and ensuring the efficient movement of materials to and from production. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a manufacturing environment and is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and deliver materials to production according to schedules.
- Pick, pack, and ship finished goods to meet customer requirements.
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory.
- Operate power hand trucks and pallet jacks to move materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
