The Opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic Inventory Specialist to enhance our supply chain efficiency. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our inventory processes, ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of surgical trays and other critical supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and verify inbound shipments against invoices.
· Implement and maintain inventory organization using the 5S methodology.
· Efficiently pick and pack orders, maintaining high accuracy.
· Conduct regular inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
· Adapt to various additional tasks in line with team needs and operational demands.
Requirements:
· A High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in warehouse management or a related field is beneficial.
· Ability to physically manage inventory, including lifting items up to 30 lbs.
· Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for managing time and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
· Proficient in computerized inventory systems and software, such as order management tools and MS Office Suite.
· A collaborative mindset, capable of working both within a team and independently.
