Fusion Pharmaceuticals, a member of the AstraZeneca Group, is a clinical-stage oncology company focused on developing next-generation radioconjugates (RCs) as precision medicines. Fusion connects alpha particle emitting isotopes to various targeting molecules to selectively deliver the alpha emitting payloads to tumors. Fusion’s clinical portfolio includes: FPI-2265 targeting prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) for metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer currently in a Phase 2 trial; FPI-1434 targeting insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor currently in a Phase 1 trial; FPI-2059, a small molecule targeting neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1), currently in a Phase 1 trial; and FPI-2068, a bispecific IgG-based EGFR-cMET targeted radioconjugate currently in a Phase 1 trial. In addition, Fusion is pursuing combination programs between RCs and DNA Damage Response Inhibitors (DDRis) and immune-oncology agents. Fusion has a fully operational Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant state-of-the-art radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility to meet supply demand for Fusion's growing pipeline of RCs.

- Support development of supply chain digitization strategies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, which reflect the complexities of isotope and radioconjugate manufacturing.
- Interpret complex, scientific conversations regarding isotopes and radioconjugates and translate into meaningful agendas, meeting minutes, and action items for routine cadences internally and externally.
- Manage and lead Supply Chain & Logistics team meetings with relevant monthly agendas and engaging topics for the team to discuss.
- Engage cross functionally to collaborate with Clinical Supply Chain, QA, Manufacturing, and Logistics, assisting in communication.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting notes.
- Assist with preparing regular project status updates for stakeholders, ensuring that all required information is accurate and delivered on time.
- Offer innovative solutions to team’s goal of digitization within the Supply Chain and Logistics team.
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in biopharmaceuticals and advancing digitization capabilities within Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industry, and an intertest in pursuing career in Radiopharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical field.
- Interest in learning complex scientific concepts pertaining to radioconjugates.
- Strong project management skills and able to translate complex scientific conversations into meaningful actions and resolutions.
- Experience leveraging project management tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Jira, Asana, PowerBI).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical capabilities for trending and data visualization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
