As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function.
- Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations, providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors.
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance programs.
- Promote safety and fall prevention by identifying risks and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient goals are met and outcomes are optimized.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence.
- Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR.
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops.
- One-on-one personalized patient care.
