You will provide quality, evidence-based and individualized physical therapy care that includes assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with a variety of sports medicine conditions.
What you'll do:
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, review patients' functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development
- Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
- Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes·
- Document patient care services via EMR and in accordance with APTA defensible documentation guidelines
You will be a great fit if you bring the following:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensed or eligible for state licensure.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, evidence-based patient care.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building connections with a diverse patient population.
