Job Title: LPN

Location: Mauston, WI

Shift: SHIFT DETAILS: 8 Day shifts (6am-2:30pm) & 2 NOC shifts (10pm-6:30am) Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend Holidays: Rotating holidays Guaranteed hours: 36

Contract: 13 Weeks

Job Duties:

• Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
• Report any change in condition to the charge nurse
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities
• Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed
• Perform other duties as requested.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Physical Setting:

• Nursing home

Work Location: In person
