Senior Launch Project Manager

• Working with the Brand Lead and Medical, Marketing, and Market Access (3M) leads, leads the launch project teams / workstreams to execute on assigned complex launch(es) across therapeutic areas using the established Client launch methodology and centralized tool
• Acting in a project management capacity, oversee the planning and execution of initial and / or line extension launches to deliver on intended outcomes while collaborating on evolving ideas and discovery of new requirements to maximize return on investments

o Working with the 3M and brand leads, develop and deliver the launch kickoff and all relevant materials to be included in the presentation

o In alignment with established Client launch best practices, work within the Client tool and with each workstream to identify and lock in appropriate key deliverables including tasks, dependencies, timing, and risks / issues

o Conduct the Walk-the-Walls session with the full launch team and then lock in / baseline and drive the launch project plan

o Establish and deliver appropriate communications plan according to the endorsed Client recommended template

o Create and maintain launch team project plan, RAID log, Risk / Issue mitigation, weekly / fortnightly / monthly team status updates according to the centralized Client tool and predefined KPIs, launch team organization chart, collaboration site / data repository, timelines

o Monitor and control / solicit appropriate updates from launch team members and ensure updates are appropriately incorporated into the master plan via Client tool

o Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals

o Proactively remove obstacles to drive launch projects' momentum and progress

BA / BS Degree required

Project Management certificate or Project Management experience preferred
