What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Person position at Fusion Plus Solutions?
We have 2 options :
- network / day to day support person - essentially a jack of all trades that has 5-20 years' experience and can support our Cisco network, while also providing end user assistance to the production facility staff. (this is our preference - a bit of a unicorn but possible)
- 2 nd option - a day-to-day support person. End user tickets, device configurations, software, etc. 3-5 years providing support. This is not a "green" candidate role - must be skilled in end user support.
