Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant/Leasing Consultant at Fusion Property Management located in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves tasks such as providing administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting with leasing activities, leasing multifamily apartments and creating and maintaining resident data and move-in files accordingly and maintaining clerical functions. Because this is a two-part role, leasing experience is a must as half of the time will be spent assisting with leasing needs suitable to asset business needs with challenges. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leases, resident retention, communication, lease administration, and customer service on a day-to-day basis.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
