Under general direction of the CEO and Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the overall clinical management and administrative operations of the assigned program. You will manage and monitor the job performance of all program employees; ensure the quality of clinical services provided to persons served and the communications between program employees and agency administration. Assist in degtermining appropriatness for client admission. What You Will Do
- Supervise environment to ensure that behavioral guidelines are followed, a therapeutic environment is maintained and interpersonal relationships remain positive.
- Monitor quality, effectiveness and efficiency of program’s clinical services and safety of environment of care.
- Manage program services, improves existing services and develops new treatment components to meet needs of persons served.Direct the interdisciplinary team with oversight of both Medical and Clinical programming and services.
- Help develop, implement and deploy agency policy and procedures.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff.
- Interview, hire, train, appraise, discipline / terminate subordinate staff
- Provide administrative supervision for plant operations; ensures a safe environment of care.
- Ensure clinical staff maintains accurate, complete and timely records that comply with regulatory standards and agency internal policy and procedure.
- Ensure that all program staff upholds the agency's Code of Conduct / Code of Ethics and comply with all Federal, state and local law / regulation, including 42 CFR confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security regulations. Who You Will Be Three-Five (3-5) years administrative / supervisory experience in the field of addiction and / or mental health for designated programs.
- OASAS CASAC certification (Advanced or Master Level) if not a licensed NYSED Qualified Health Professional (QHP) for designated programs.
- OASAS Clinical Supervision Foundations I & II (30 hours) : Successful completion required by all Advanced and Master Level CASACs within one year of hire date for designated programs.
