What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Treatment Program Manager position at Fusion Recovery?
We are seeking a full-time qualified health professional who shall be designated as the program director/manager. The program director of our 820 residential reintegration facility will be responsible for the daily activities and supervision of services provided. Such a person must be an LCSW, LMSW, PhD, PsyD, LMHC, CASAC- A or CASAC- M and will have at least 2 years of full-time clinical work experience in SUD or a related treatment field. The program director will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities
1) Direct, supervise and evaluate the work activities of all clinical staff including working with admissions, and continuing care planning for clients.
2) Accountable for resident care delivery and new client intakes when needed
3) Monitor on-going professional development of staff, including training
4) Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures
5) Establish work schedules and assignments for staff
6) Collaborate with Fusion Clinical and program Director and other company Directors to coordinate top level resident care.
7) Oversee compliance with NYS OASAS regulations and ensure quality, compliance
documentation of resident care at all times.
8) Collaborate with leadership in the development of a healthy and dynamic workplace
environment
9) On occasion, employees will engage in outreach activities to promote the organization to referral partners
10) Interview, hire, train, appraise, discipline/terminate subordinate staff
11) Other duties as assigned by supervisor
12) Directly responsible for all OASAS required documentation and reporting.
13) Ensure minimum therapy if 5 hours per week combining groups and individual therapy sessions.
14) Train and supervise all on site Staff regularly to ensure highest quality of care.
15) Oversight and implementation of Transportation for clients to and from the Fusion Clinic for MAT and additional clinical services and the Residence.

Pay: $68,410.00 - $80,000.00 per year
