Fusion Sign and Design (formerly known as Arrow Sign Company), located in Lawton, Oklahoma, is currently hiring full-time, sign fabricators and service and installation technicians.
Fusion Sign & Design is a full service, custom sign company located in Lawton, OK. We are looking for talented individuals with experience in manufacturing or service and installation to join our dynamic team as we achieve our next level of excellence. The ideal candidates will have experience with all types of fabrication, including, yet not limited to, cutting, bending, welding, assembling steel and aluminum. Experience working with acrylic and wood is a plus. The gifted person to fill this position must be able to read drawings and plans, have a strong work ethic and hold a “Can-Do” attitude, even under stress. Qualifications
* Metal fabrication (steel & aluminum)
* Experience in sign installation and service
* Welding experience with steel and aluminum
* Working knowledge of electrical wiring
* Ability to read drawing, plans and designs
* Skilled with power and hand tools
* Attention to detail is a must
* Creative approach to problem solving, must be able to think outside the box
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Show pride in work and a determination to finish the job.
* Present a clean and appropriately dressed appearance.
* Demonstrate the ability to represent Fusion Sign and Design in a professional manner
* Strong organizational skills, eye for detail.
* Ability to follow detailed written instructions
* Finish carpentry and basic construction skills needed.
* Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with deadlines.
* Scheduling flexibility/ Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
* Exhibit a Can-Do attitude to always meet deadlines and due dates
* Wages D.O.E.
Experience
* Welding: 1 year (Preferred)
* Metal Fabrication: 1 year (Preferred)
* Sheet Metal Fabrication: 1 year (Preferred)
* Propane torch: 1 year (Preferred)
* Electrical wiring: 1 year (Preferred)
* Painting experience is a
License/Certification
* Driver’s License (Preferred)
* Crane Certification (Preferred)
* Sign Fabrication (Preferred)

Pay: $18.00 to $21.00
